This years retreat groups will be split into 3, Intermediate‍, ‍Advanced and Pro. To get the most out of our retreat, we recommend that all participants be comfortable with inverting. If you’re unsure which group is the best fit for you, feel free to send us your Instagram handle with recent videos of your training! Here’s a rough breakdown of our groups:

Intermediate

This group is ideal if you can invert from the ground (inside and outside leg hangs), hold a brass monkey, superman, a good climbing, and possibly started to work on Aysha, shoulder mounts, and aerial inverts.

Advanced

If you can handspring and Aysha comfortably from the ground and aerial shoulder mount with ease, this is likely the right level for you. You may be working on aerial deadlifts, dynamic tricks like basic flips and spins. Or if you can do advanced flexy moves such as Bird of Paradise, or Pegasus. This group is simply for those looking for a more challenging experience.

Pro

Pro level is designed for international competitors and high-level instructors. You should be comfortable with aerial deadlifts and flips. You may already be working on extreme tricks like Fonji, Flic Flac, regrips. What really makes you stand out for this group is your strenght and resilience.

Pole Art centres around barefoot tricks on static and spinning pole. You’ll explore dynamic pole tricks, static rotations, flips, drops, power spins, and elegant, flexy spin combos—all while learning how to make them truly your own.

Pole Exotic centres around tricks and choreography in heels. You’ll explore a variety of dance influences, from urban, old-school, hardstyle, sensual, soft flow, to breathtaking pole tricks. Beyond just learning choreographies and technique, this retreat is about discovering different movement qualities, embracing diverse styles, and expressing your unique personality through dance.

You’ll have two 90 minute workshops per day, across 4 days. Then workshops will be back to back with a small break. The rest of the day you’re free to explore, relax and recover.

We recommend bringing comfortable pole attire, and some other workout gear if you’d like to do any training outside of the pole classes. Don't forget to pack grip aids and your favourite pole dance shoes (for the POLE EXOTIC retreat). Additionally, bring beachwear, sunscreen, and casual attire for leisure activities, as well as something nice to wear for the welcome dinner and end of retreat party.

Participants have the option to book a workshop + hotel package, or a workshop only package.

If you’re to book the former, we’ll organise for you to stay in a gorgeous hotel that’s 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the pole studio and Ibiza town (the hotel included is Hotel Cenit Ibiza).

Accommodation options include shared rooms and private suites, all with modern amenities and a shared swimming pool.

Booking a workshop only package will mean you’ll need to sort your own accommodation out.

The studio is called Diosas Pole Ibiza, and is located here. The space is fully air-conditioned and equipped with eight fixed poles that extend from floor to ceiling, standing at 3.9 meters tall with a 45mm diameter. To enhance your experience, we’re adding two additional 40mm poles this year. The facility is thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and inspiring environment for all participants.

Flights and transport from the airport to the hotel is not included in your retreat package. The accommodation booked in the workshop + hotel package is a 15 minute drive from the airport, which will cost around €20 in a taxi (there’s a taxi rank at the airport).

The welcome dinner on the first night and closing dinner on the last night are included in your package, whether you book workshop only or workshop + hotel.

Your hotel package includes a daily breakfast. The rest of your meals are not included.

Our retreat features a diverse range of pole dance workshops led by internationally acclaimed instructors. Workshops cover various styles, techniques, and choreography suitable for all skill levels. A list of workshop titles and descriptions will be given to you in the weeks leading up to the retreat. Expect ninja tricks, bendy spinning workshops, flips, sensual pole and more!

Absolutely! Many participants attend our retreats solo, and it's a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded individuals from around the world. Our retreat fosters a supportive and inclusive community where friendships flourish. If you’d like to book a shared room but are coming solo, we can match you up with another solo retreat go-er, just let us know in an email.
