At Ibiza Pole Retreats, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or modify your retreat booking. We strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy to ensure the best possible experience for our guests while also managing the operational aspects of our retreats.

1. Cancellation by Participant:

If you need to cancel your retreat booking, please notify us as soon as possible by email or phone. The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Bookings are non refundable

  • If you’re able to find someone to take your place on the Retreat please notify us and we’ll change the information on file.

2. Cancellation by Ibiza Pole Retreats:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or insufficient participant enrolment, we will notify you as soon as possible and you’ll be able to transfer your booking to a future retreat.

  • If any issues arise during the retreat, please bring them to the attention of both organisers, Tara and Jenny, as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to address the concern, and it will not be considered valid grounds for a refund. We are not liable for issues that are not brought to our attention during the retreat.

By booking a retreat with Ibiza Pole Retreats, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. We recommend reviewing this policy carefully before making your reservation.
